Young Men Be Careful of Blindness if Stay Up All Night
It is a habit for some people to stay all night long to do their works, playing with the computer games, go for clubbing and other entertainment. It is not healthy especially for young men because there is a kind of uncommon eye disease often raid after they are “burning the midnight oil”. It will affect their vision even they have original good vision.
What is this kind of eye disease? Is the disease harmful on people? Actually this is a retina eye disease, usually without warning and unexpected, especially at the time people feeling very tired.
Based on the understanding, this kind of eye disease is quite common. It is mainly happen on the range of 20 to 45 years old of men. The medical term called this disease as idiopathic central serous chorioretinopathy. At present, the disease incidence is still high. The incidence on male is 3 to 7 times of female. Most of the incidence only on one eye and it is always happen on the people with normal eye vision.
Besides, patient always see things deformation. The things will be distorted, big things will become small and small things will become big in the patient’s eye.
This disease characteristic is a recurring disease. After the incidence happen, it will recover automatically after some time. However, when people do not notice it, the disease will come back again. If the patient do not have the medication in time, recurring happen of the incidence will affect the eye vision to become permanently damage.
When people stay up all night, especially during fatigue and nervous condition, the body hormone secretion will increase. It will cause the blood vessels to be contraction or spasm and lead to the decrease of blood flow through the blood vessels. At the time the insufficiency of the blood in the blood vessels of the eyes will cause a retinal pigment epithelial cell with impaired barrier function. It cannot stop some proteins, antibodies and other macromolecules penetrate into retinal, which will cause the damage of the original structure and environment of retinal. As the result, the eye vision cannot function properly which resulting the sudden drop in eye vision.

2. It is advisable to have vitamin B complex while having lots of entertainment that needs to drink alcohol. Or else, having some livers of pork, lamb, beef, egg York, vegetables, oat, which have the vitamin B will help to protect the liver.
3. Drinking lots of water will help to dispose the alcohol from the body when urinate. People may add some ice on the alcohol to dilute the strong liquor.
4. Do not drink alcohol too fast. It is better to have the drink slowly so that the body can have more time to decomposition the ethanol inside the body. Drinking too fast also will lead to drunk easily.
5. Having more vegetables during having alcohol in the dinner will protect the liver because vegetables have lots of antioxidants and vitamins.
6. Having more bean products when having alcohol as the lecithin of the bean can protect the liver.
7. Do not taking the carbonated drinks when having alcohol to prevent the body absorb the alcohol more quickly.

Cardio Training is good in improving the healthy body.
To be fit and healthy all the time is the important thing in our life. It is because our body is the most valuable asset that we could have in our life. So everyone must take care of their own body. In order to maintain a healthy body, cardio training is one of the best options.
What is Cardio Training?
Cardio training is an exercise that needs to use large muscle groups of the body in a type of regular and uninterrupted condition. It will elevate the heart rate between 60 to 85 percent during cardio training, which involve the fastest heart rate situation.
There is some usual cardio training like walking, jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, swimming and rowing. Aerobic is well known as cardio training, which is quite normal practice by people.

It is not advisable to have the exercise in an empty stomach because it will not help in the training to achieve proper momentum. However, it is not right to have large meals before the exercise. A proper snack is enough to sustain exhausting movements.
Cardio exercise is better to be done outdoors. One can have a nature and fresh air outdoors compare to the indoors. Besides, it will not be boring as one can sight seeing the view outdoors. It is also a better opportunity to meet with the neighbor around.
