Benefits of Cardio Training


Cardio Training is good in improving the healthy body.

To be fit and healthy all the time is the important thing in our life. It is because our body is the most valuable asset that we could have in our life. So everyone must take care of their own body. In order to maintain a healthy body, cardio training is one of the best options.

What is Cardio Training?

Cardio training is an exercise that needs to use large muscle groups of the body in a type of regular and uninterrupted condition. It will elevate the heart rate between 60 to 85 percent during cardio training, which involve the fastest heart rate situation.

There is some usual cardio training like walking, jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, swimming and rowing. Aerobic is well known as cardio training, which is quite normal practice by people.

Generate Energy to the Body
One will feel the body is full of energy and higher endurance after regular cardio training.

Prevent Diseases
After regular cardio training, it will help prevent heart diseases, diabetes, obesity and cholesterol. During the training, it helps strengthen the heart and the lungs. Some normal cardio exercise like walking or jogging is quite suitable for the elders to improve their body health.

Maintain Body Weight
During cardio training, it will help to burn the extra calories in the body. It is good for someone who would like to lose weight. Continuing practicing this exercise will help maintain and control a person weight.


Avoid Boredom
Cardio training is a fun and good exercise. One will feel more energized and would like to have it regularly.

Cardio training is important to improve the body health. It is advised that a beginner can start the exercise for 30 to 45 minutes a day, 3 to 5 days a week. However, if a person who would like to lose weight, that person should practice the exercise more frequently. It is advised that the training should not go beyond 45 minutes to avoid exhausting too much energy.  

One may start the cardio training now by walking or cycling around the neighborhood. It is important that one should set a goal and follow the goal to make it success. Besides one should modify the diet and having some healthy food to make the goal more successful.  

Once a person increase the fitness level, the intensity of the training must follow the step too. It means that one should increase the speed of the training to avoid it remains unchanged. It will help improve the healthy of a body faster.

One should not do the cardio exercise before bedtime. It will affect the sleeping condition if one generates higher energy in a body.

One should take a snack 30 minutes before start doing the cardio exercise. It is not advisable to have the exercise in an empty stomach because it will not help in the training to achieve proper momentum. However, it is not right to have large meals before the exercise. A proper snack is enough to sustain exhausting movements. 

Cardio exercise is better to be done outdoors. One can have a nature and fresh air outdoors compare to the indoors. Besides, it will not be boring as one can sight seeing the view outdoors. It is also a better opportunity to meet with the neighbor around. 

Be patient and be consistent during the cardio exercise. You will have a healthy body in your life.
