Drinking alcohol is quite important during the special occasion like company annual dinner, business or relatives party. It seems like without the alcohol, the relationships with each other will not be so close. Besides, the environment will not be so happy and thus will affect the connection among those people. There are lots of people complaint about the over taken of alcohol during the event at the end of the year to entertain the business partner, employers and employees.
During the New Year time, gathering with the relatives and old friends also have to drink a lot of alcohol. This has become the custom in China to drink alcohol on every event and season. Sometimes, people thought that drinking alcohol can help to harm up the body during winter time. However, there are some tips to prevent hurting the healthy body for those who like to drink alcohol.
1. Remember not to drink alcohol on empty stomach. It is better to have a glass of milk before having the alcohol because alcohol may hurt the empty stomach.
2. It is advisable to have vitamin B complex while having lots of entertainment that needs to drink alcohol. Or else, having some livers of pork, lamb, beef, egg York, vegetables, oat, which have the vitamin B will help to protect the liver.
3. Drinking lots of water will help to dispose the alcohol from the body when urinate. People may add some ice on the alcohol to dilute the strong liquor.
4. Do not drink alcohol too fast. It is better to have the drink slowly so that the body can have more time to decomposition the ethanol inside the body. Drinking too fast also will lead to drunk easily.
5. Having more vegetables during having alcohol in the dinner will protect the liver because vegetables have lots of antioxidants and vitamins.
6. Having more bean products when having alcohol as the lecithin of the bean can protect the liver.
7. Do not taking the carbonated drinks when having alcohol to prevent the body absorb the alcohol more quickly.
