Young Men Be Careful of Blindness if Stay Up All Night
It is a habit for some people to stay all night long to do their works, playing with the computer games, go for clubbing and other entertainment. It is not healthy especially for young men because there is a kind of uncommon eye disease often raid after they are “burning the midnight oil”. It will affect their vision even they have original good vision.
What is this kind of eye disease? Is the disease harmful on people? Actually this is a retina eye disease, usually without warning and unexpected, especially at the time people feeling very tired.
Based on the understanding, this kind of eye disease is quite common. It is mainly happen on the range of 20 to 45 years old of men. The medical term called this disease as idiopathic central serous chorioretinopathy. At present, the disease incidence is still high. The incidence on male is 3 to 7 times of female. Most of the incidence only on one eye and it is always happen on the people with normal eye vision.
Besides, patient always see things deformation. The things will be distorted, big things will become small and small things will become big in the patient’s eye.
This disease characteristic is a recurring disease. After the incidence happen, it will recover automatically after some time. However, when people do not notice it, the disease will come back again. If the patient do not have the medication in time, recurring happen of the incidence will affect the eye vision to become permanently damage.
When people stay up all night, especially during fatigue and nervous condition, the body hormone secretion will increase. It will cause the blood vessels to be contraction or spasm and lead to the decrease of blood flow through the blood vessels. At the time the insufficiency of the blood in the blood vessels of the eyes will cause a retinal pigment epithelial cell with impaired barrier function. It cannot stop some proteins, antibodies and other macromolecules penetrate into retinal, which will cause the damage of the original structure and environment of retinal. As the result, the eye vision cannot function properly which resulting the sudden drop in eye vision.

People may think that since they are having exercise on a regular basis, some alcohol will not really affect their health. Before you think to go out to have some alcohol with your friends, you should consider the following important points.
A research has proved that a small amount of alcohol will increase muscular endurance and the output of strength. This may be a benefit for some people but it is just a short term. After 20 minutes of consuming the alcohol, some problems will begin to surface. The negative side effects after consuming the alcohol will outweigh the benefits of having it. Alcohol is a poison that will hurt the body. People should aware of it to maintain the body health.
The negative side effect of consuming alcohol is it will reduce the strength endurance, aerobic capability, recovery time, ability to metabolize fat and the muscle growth. It even will affect the nervous system and the brain. Long term of consuming alcohol will cause severe deterioration of the central nervous system.
After having alcohol, the alcohol will reach the blood cell and may damage them. The inflammation of the muscle cells is quite common for the people who having the alcohol for the long time period. The bloods cell which is affected because of alcohol will slowly die. It will cause the less functional of muscle contractions. Having too much alcohol will also cause soreness of the muscle after exercise. People may need more time to recuperate after exercise.
Alcohol will also affect the heart and circulatory system of the body. After having alcohol, there is a reduction in the endurance capabilities. Having alcohol will cause the digestive and nutrition problem too. Alcohol will release of insulin which increase the metabolism of glycogen. It will make the loss of weight very hard and spare the fat in the body. Alcohol will also affect the absorption of some important nutrients of the body. As a result of less nutrition, people may become anemic and deficient with vitamins B.
Liver is an important organ in the body to detoxify the alcohol. Over consuming the alcohol will affect the liver function. Once the liver is over loaded with the alcohol, it will destroy the liver cells and damage the liver.
Alcohol is diuretic. Having lots of alcohol will affect the kidneys too. During diuretic, the hormones are secreted. It will lead to heightened water retention and damage the kidneys.
People who love to drink alcohol should have it in moderation. People are advised that do not drink the alcohol before exercise. It is because alcohol will affect the balance, coordination and the judgment of a person. Even more exercises will not bring back a healthy body if you take too much of alcohol. What is a Pap Smear Test?
It is a simple test during which cells are removed from the neck of the womb or cervix. These cells are examined under a microscope to check for changes or abnormalities which could lead to cancer.
How is a Pap Smear done? Does it hurt?
Your doctor will use an instrument called speculum to help open your vagina and show the cervix so that a sample of cells can be collected with a small spatula or brush. The procedure may cause discomfort and sometimes pain but it should be if you are not tensed.
Why should women do Pap Smear?
Pap Smear helps to detect cervical cancer, even long before it has developed. Cervical cancer can spread to other organ and cause death, but when found early in the precancerous stage, complete cure is the rule.
Risk factors for cervical cancer
1) Multiple sexual partners
2) First sexual intercourse before age of 18
3) Genital Warts (HPV) or other venereal diseases
4) Sexual partner with genital Warts
5) Smoking
6) History of abnormal Pap Smear
How reliable is the test?
It is about 70% sensitive, which means it may miss abnormal cells 30% of the time. Therefore regular Pap Smears are very important to allow more chances to detect abnormality. Even though not 100% sensitive, regular Pap Smear is still an effective screening test and been proven to reduce cervical cancer death.
When should women start doing Pap Smear?
The test should be done following the onset of sexual activity continuing for the rest of a woman’s life. Usually, Pap Smear are done once a year until three consecutive normal results are obtained. After this, the frequency of the test depends on recommendation from your doctor.
What is the preparation before going for Pap Smear?
Avoid using vaginal medications, creams or douches for at least 72 hours, and abstain from sex for 24 to 48 hours before the examination. Schedule the test at about 2 weeks after the first day of the last menstrual period.
